Can’t make an account???
App doesn’t even work beyond sign in/sign up. Every day i check it and when i enter my phone number it always says it’s under maintenance… what the heck??

What happened?!
I have been using this app for a while now and was very successful at my usual places like Safeway, Dunkin and Walmart. Then all of a sudden, I purchased a $100 gift card for Safeway and I never get it. I also bought a Walmart $20 gc, but I can’t use it because it didn’t come with a pin! At first, I was able to leave voicemails and I did one a week for about three weeks and then I’d send an email a couple of times and then I would try to chat, but I always got a message that no one was available and that is the same messaging now when I tried to leave another voicemail. I’m hoping that by reading a three star rating that the company will help redeem itself because I don’t like to leave reviews. My base is just to be cautious.

Very worst experience. Not recommended. It’s a scam. Multiple times I suffered.
I purchased gift card but didn’t received PIN for that to use. I tried to reach out them over email but not getting any response from last 15 days. even they don’t care about responding.
I had multiple issues. Never received referral bonus though they mentioned in application. when I contacted them they said we discontinued referral bonus for referring app and after that when I asked why it’s mentioned in application about share and earn then no response.
Even after that they charge me annual fees without any information and consent and when I asked for refund they responded we can’t refund annual fees. But when I started using that no where they mentioned I will be charged after 7 days.

Worst customer service
This app has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over several months I have tried to get in contact with them and they never get back to me or reply back. I lost access to my account after changing my phone number and they are no help. I can’t even create a new account because my email is linked and they will not due anything to help me.

Used to be good
I have been using this September and have made back my subscription and then some. However, recently they have removed all of the gift cards I use. I will continue to check but as long as this remains I will not be renewing in September.
What happened to this app…
I have never had a problem using this app… until today I tried to get a gift card only to see there are hardly any stores available..
Deceptive practices
All of the promotions require you to put in more money than is worth it, and put a huge wall around cashing out. Also have not heard anything back from their customer service even though they are supposed to have live agents available.

i’ve used this app 14 times I believe and now all of a sudden the money is pending on my account. They didn’t give me a gift card and I’m sitting at the store looking crazy talk about oh I’m gonna pay with gift card yeah day later it’s still pending and I still don’t have my gift card so that being said this is a scam now I don’t know what happened and now I can’t even call them because I’ve called them multiple times. No one‘s picked up and no one has called me Back
