Super easy and safe
Super nice way to store stuff temporarily. I’ve used this service in several cities now and it’s always been an easy process. Also it’s super affordable!!
Scam
I reserved a spot to store my luggage after flying. The place I stored unbeknownst to me was permanently closed. The app however did not inform me of that so I went out of my way to a permanently closed business where I could not store anything . I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. They still have not given me a refund. They will not respond to their emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend using because apparently it’s a gamble on whether the place you book is actually open. The app shouldn’t even allow for places that are permanently closed to be an option when selecting especially because this app is used by travelers who may not be familiar with the city.

11:00 check-out, can’t store bags? No problem!
I’ve been in Washington, DC twice in the last year with a late flight returning home. I always want to get the most out of my trips, and StoreMe has allowed me to do that! I can store my bags at a safe place for a few hours at a reasonable cost to be able to be a tourist for what is left of my trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using StoreMe on your next trip!

Excellent service
We used this service when we arrived in DC on the early morning train from Florida, we walked down the road to the Hampton Inn where Ted (from memory I think this was his name, apologies if not) looked after us very well. He was courteous and helpful and we were able to enjoy the city without the burden of our luggage.
