Mit dem IPhone 17 läuft das Spiel nicht einwandfrei. Wäre Mega wenn ein Update möglich wäre, so das alles wieder funktioniert.

Their system has created an error of not recognizing user names and passwords when I am on my WiFi. This is not my error or my internet providers error. They are not taking it seriously or even making an effort to fix it!

Game stopped working. Will not recognize any of my information. Was at a high level already had to start over once will not do it again. Just rather not even bother with this game anymore.

Can’t log into my account been dealing with this for a few days already
Customer service Very poor
After a 3 years of not playing plarium deleted my account, after requesting a reactivation costumer service denied any sort of help and denied to move my prior purchase in game.
In the end they recommended to spend some more money on their packages and shut down the inquiry.
Deplorably poor customer service.
Reply usually took them 3/4 business days.

War mal ein gutes Game. Vor langer Zeit. Mittlerweile seit Jahren nichts Neues, ständig Probleme, langsam, Einheiten verschwinden.
Support Fehlanzeige, nur nichtssagende Antworten.
Belohnungen bei Quests werden schrittweise reduziert, vermutlich um zum Kaufen anzuregen.
Ich bin seit dem Anfang dabei, aber ich denke, das Spiel ist „tot“!
Neue Dimension: der Support löscht Anfragen einfach so, ohne Feedback. Das ist nun wirklich dreist! Geht natürlich nach dem letzten Update gerade wieder gar nichts.

I don’t understand what’s the point of making a login and a profile, when it’s only going to get erased after a year or so of inactivity. I’ve spent so much money in this game through out the years and for what??? 0 stars if I could dish them out.
