Best App For What You Need

I don’t really review apps, but I had to for this one. It is incredible for giving you what you only need in some situations: weather alerts. With other apps, you have to fight your way through ads, through the UI, and everything just to find out that the warning isn’t even in your area. Which this app, I’ve set it to the specific home locations for me and my family I need to keep watch for during severe weather. The app will not notify me unless the warning specifically includes those areas, which makes things incredibly easier to track storms now. The app gives you a free trial to test out more alerts outside of watches and warnings, and allows you to add up to 10 locations. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, and I just cannot stress enough about how much this will save me time in the future during time sensitive weather events. Thank you to the developers for making such a wonderful app, and HUGE respect for not putting ads or trying to heavily force people to subscribe to the Premium pla if they wish to stay on the free version. I definitely would suggest this for older people too, that want to get warnings on their phone, but find weather apps too confusing to navigate/find information or pushing to buy something. The only thing I wish could be added, is when you add multiple locations, you can change the colors of the dots on the map. And now if the multiple locations are in the same watch/warning, that it would be grouped to one alert, and having the location section naming the locations you have added instead of having separate alerts per location that are in one warning. Other than that, everything works absolutely perfectly! Thank you!

Response from developer

Update: These two features are now available in version 1.6.0. You can now customize the map dot color when adding or editing a location, and multiple locations under the same alert are now grouped into one alert. Please update the app to try them out. Thanks again for the feedback!
