There is no app support it takes you to somewhere where it wants you to Sign up. There’s no one to talk to no one to report to.
I’m tired of these notifications where it says heavy thunderstorm or whatever is headed your way. And then you actually go to the app and there is no such thing happening. I don’t need you telling me lies quit sending alarmist notifications when they aren’t real and do not apply to my area. Yes, I do have my area set. Why don’t you actually make a way where you could actually reach to and talk to someone or text someone in support?

App crashes
After the last update, radar no longer updates. If you try and move the time slider, the app crashes.
Recent Update Not Good
I have always loved this app, but the recent update has made it less lovable. There is extra clutter on the screen, and if I switch to a different view the app no longer remembers my custom settings and I have to select my custom map again. Surely you could have added the 24 hour future radar without our having to save and select our “custom map.” I liked it much better when it just saved my last selections automatically. Also, the earthquake feature now seems to only show very recent earthquakes instead of showing those from the past 24 hours, and when I tap on an earthquake icon to get more information it no longer tells the location. I wish you would do a new update that starts with the previous version and just adds the “24 hour future” radar. If you can’t do that, just give us the previous version the way it used to be, with the full earthquake information and without all the current clutter.

This is my only weather app I have and I have it on 3 devices the storm alerts are top notch and to think I can get regular heads up on tomorrow’s weather today the storm tracking system is exceptional along with the accuracy I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to know about the current and future weather conditions. I had to stop and give 5 stars and a review something i hardly ever do, I'm always looking at the radar app when it rains. It never gives me no problems, plus lets me know when storm's are coming.
No alert for tornadoes
I depend on the app for alerts. I have never had a problem. Except for today. Henry county had tornadoes all over touching down not one alert on my phone.

I recommend this app to anyone I meet. I’ve lived all over the U.S. and this app has been to most accurate out of any other app I’ve used. However, whoever is in charge of the Cleveland Ohio area needs to be replaced. Any times there’s snow I only get “less than 1 inch” or “__% chance of snow”. Well, the “less and 1 inch” we were supposed to get yesterday turned out to actually be 10-12 inch. Now, I know meteorologists can be wrong all the time, except our local channels have been predicting the weather pretty accurately. The channel I’ve been checking in with said this storm was supposed to be 6-8 inches. Still less than we got, but 6-8 inches is something to prepare for unlike less than 1 inch. Unfortunately I’ll be looking for a new app to trust with my weather predicting needs while I’m here in Ohio.
