The app needs a lot of upgrade, it is always having network issues

Error and Buggy

I signed up and immediately subscribed via my Apple ID for the monthly 9.99€ service. Unfortunately, the system hasn’t verified the subscription and shows that the status of my account is inactive. I contacted the support via all the provided channels but no responses from them.

I would appreciate if they could be any update to fix or these issues
