I signed up and immediately subscribed via my Apple ID for the monthly 9.99€ service. Unfortunately, the system hasn’t verified the subscription and shows that the status of my account is inactive. I contacted the support via all the provided channels but no responses from them.

I like everything about this app but it’s would be better if you can make the subscription like monthly subscription or yearly because…. It’s some way .. it’s killing our view time here because sometimes you feel like watching there is no money in your account to subscribe as at that time
