Used to be a nice app
Even if I have an annual subscription I can’t use it anymore.
Restore Issues 1 ⭐️
This app has issues restoring. You will pay for a subscription but it won’t update and you can’t use the app. Very frustrating especially when they make you pay for a subscription you can’t use
Can’t get it to work
I originally bought this app several years ago because I love the designs. When I paid for it, it was supposed to be lifetime subscription but for some reason it quit working so I paid for it again but it still doesn’t work. When you click on the button for app support it takes you to another app. I’m hoping someone in customer support can read this and reach out to me.

VIP Does Not Work
I paid for the upgrade but the app locks up and doesn’t give me vip template capabilities. It won’t allow me to restore my paid subscription.

Very useful and creative tool, have been using for long time, suddenly with the update it is not restoring my lifetime subscription and asking to pay, where do I write to restore my stories and saved creations? Which email do I send the screenshot to restore the account ?

I paid to renew my subscription and it’s not allowing me to restore the app …. I also can’t seem to find customer support .

I have purchased lifetime subscription, and I am not able to access the application. I have tried to send the support team through the email which they provide on their application at Apple Store, but no response and I have been sending them more than 10 emails I believe there is something behind. I have all the evidence of purchasing and it’s already shown on the App Store.

I can't use it because the allocated time is too short, making it practically useless. It has a quote feature, but it can't even show the full quote before the 5 seconds are up. You can't tweak the time to make it workable. Super disappointed. Can't even reach customer service. Now, I'm stuck as a pro member and can't use the platform at all. You’re better off subscribing to other platform who do a better job and offer the flexibility of customization 😕

I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS APP
I’m having the same issue as so many other ppl. I purchased the long term subscription and soon after the app wouldn’t work anymore bc they shut that one down and started this one. I have emailed support and the developers over and over and still no one has responded to me at all. I can’t restore my subscription and I’m being asked to pay all over again . This is not fair …. Y’all literally are tryna find loopholes to take advantage of people and it’s disgusting.
Can someone from this app/ developers/ customer service/ whoever … please help me. I’m sure there are thousands of emails being blatantly ignored because what’s the point of giving people an email address to reach out to if y’all never gonna respond.
I would like my subscription to be honored and restored. If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated….or give me a refund for the first app y’all shut down after getting all of our money.

Disappointed and I feel like I have been taken advantage of
I have the same complaint as everyone else here and I have contacted support on more than one occasion. Shortly after I purchased lifetime membership the old app stopped working and they pushed us to this one… now this one won’t allow me to restore my subscription… instead of course it wants me to pay again. This is misleading and it’s not fair. I would like to have this rectified if possible.
