آپدیت اصلا خوب نیست

بعد از آپدیت هم خیلی کند شده ، هم فونت ها لود نمیشه و نمیشه پیش نمایش دید و خیلیییی سرعت پایین اومده . من از ۱۴۰۰ دارم برنامه رو ولی مدتیه به دلیل باگ هایی که داره اصن رقبت نمیکنم استفاده کنم

حساب پولی و رایگان یکیه

متاسفانه سرورهای شما در ایرانه و با هر قطعی اینترنت کار و بار ما میره رو هوا. وقتی سیستم کار کاربر سوق پیدا میکنه روی یک اپ، پس باید تا زمانی که برای اون پرداخت انجام میده بتونه از خدمات پولی اون استفاده کنه! الان نزدیک به یک ماهه که تقریبا همه پول اشتراک من توی سطل ذباله رفته و اصلا هم گویا قرار نیست یه فکری بکنید. میخواستم یک ستاره بدم اما به پاس روزهایی گه از اپ استفاده کرده بودم دوستاره دادم.

Restore licence not supported for sibapp!!!

اپ رو دو سال پيش خريدم. از خود app store
ود در همان app store هم نسخه پولي را فعال كردم
الان پيغام اومده كه چون develop برنامه طبق پلتفرم sibapp بوده و ديگه اين پلتفرم توسط apple ساپورت نميشه، من نميتونم از امكانات كامل برنامه استفاده كنم و بايد تبليغات ببينم و همه امكانات اپ مجاني رو استفاده كنم در حالي كه اپ رو به قيمت ٩٩٩ لير و به صورت lifetime خريده بودم

Something is wrong with all

Everything was going awesome with story font , I got subscription as well , but recently everything has switched into Urdu , subscription is not showing , can’t contact help to raise concern, my downloaded fonts not appearing , fonts isn’t showing !! Pls help and rectify this

My premium account is valid for another nine days, but when I logged into the app today, I suddenly wasn't a premium user. Not recommended.

چرا باگ‌های برنامه رو درست نمیکنید !!

من چندین بار به پشتیبانی پیام دادم. تیم شما رو خیلی دوست دارم. ولی واقعا در عجب هستم چرا باگ‌های برنامه رو برطرف نمیکنید ؟؟ برنامه شما خیلی باگ داره و الان حدود ۸ ماه هست اصلا نسخه آپدیتی ازش ارائه نشده !!
