Was a great app - then…
I’ve used this app for more five years. They’ve lost my captions, and after three months I still don’t have them back. Several areas in the app where you edit text don’t save any longer (whether it’s in my iPhone or iPad - I have the latest hardware and the latest iOS updates.) it’s really sad, it was great app and about a year ago things started to break.

Going downhill
I’ve been using this app for over 5 years and for the first time, I’m considering switching. All I need is for my feed to load! Just make my feed load and I’ll stay, I promise!

I’ve been using this app since it first came out and I don’t know what recent changes were made but the interface is not intuitive anymore.
You have to dig to edit a photo. The drag and drop is so unresponsive, there’s at least a 2-4 second lag—that is way too long and so annoying.

アカウントが消せない
過去に登録したアカウントが消せません。2度もサポートに連絡したのに関わらず、全く消えていません。
アカウント削除のページまで辿り着けましたが、「登録しているメールアドレスを入力して下さい」と表示されるページからメールアドレスを入力するとエラーが出ます。
サポートにメールを送り、アカウント削除完了したと連絡が来ましたが、アカウント情報は消えていませんでした。もう一度メールを送りましたが、「アカウントを完全に削除しました」と連絡来る割には私のアカウントはそのまま残っています。
完全に削除しましたと嘘をついて、本当は個人情報が消せないというのはかなりの問題では？と思います。信用なりません。
