アカウントが消せない
過去に登録したアカウントが消せません。2度もサポートに連絡したのに関わらず、全く消えていません。
アカウント削除のページまで辿り着けましたが、「登録しているメールアドレスを入力して下さい」と表示されるページからメールアドレスを入力するとエラーが出ます。
サポートにメールを送り、アカウント削除完了したと連絡が来ましたが、アカウント情報は消えていませんでした。もう一度メールを送りましたが、「アカウントを完全に削除しました」と連絡来る割には私のアカウントはそのまま残っています。
完全に削除しましたと嘘をついて、本当は個人情報が消せないというのはかなりの問題では？と思います。信用なりません。

Super frustrating to go through the process of getting an account just to get to a page that forces you to immediately subscribe. I am not even tentatively subscribing to something that hasn’t let me seen what it is or what it does or if I even like it. What a waste of time!

I tried several times but it doesnt work and keep telling me try log-in again and again with this price yearly subscription???? Waste of my time
Used to be good
I used to love this app. Had it for years. Now with the update it is all just a mess for me. All planning is all over the place and in different places. The insights dashboard does not work. I have been in touch with customer service for weeks to get some help to get back to an organised state but they stopped replying.

Terceira vez que faço uma assinatura e não consigo usar.. eles deixam eu usar por um tempo depois fica dando pra assinar, mesmo clicando em restaurar não liberam as ferramentas pra mim. E paguei por um ano, tem nem 1 mes que estava usando. Fiquei meses sem assinar pq das 2 últimas vezes foi a mesma história. Sacanagem demais!

Disappointed
Content and feed plans randomly all disappeared losing entire days of completed work. Support team are now unresponsive.
useless without subscription
Used this app for years now and have always loved it. I have only ever connected one personal account but now if I want to use it I need to pay for a full subscription with all the business features. No reason I shouldnt be able to connect and import one personal account to continue using the exact same features I always have. Totally understand it for business purposes, but super frustrating that one of my fav apps is now useless unless i pay $48

Eu amo esse app mas ja tem uns meses que não consigo mais logar meu Instagram, fica aparecendo que to com internet instavel mas ja tentei diversas redes incluindo o 5G, simplesmente nao entra, ja tentei desinstalar e reinstalar mesmo assim o problema persiste, uma pena pq nenhum outro app foi bom o suficiente pra mim

App never works as it is suppose to, specially online! Pin post don’t register, grid is always messy.
Massive Bugs
I never take the time to leave a review — probably done it twice in the history of using the App Store. But for a paid for app, this interface is notoriously buggy. I have to sign in and out of the app constantly to try and refresh my feed from our business account. The photos just won’t show up when you hit feed planner — so frustrating

Acabo de subscribir periodo de prueba de 3 días con continuidad pos el trial period. No ha pasado ni una hora y me di cuenta al probar la app que no cumple con lo que yo necesito y por lo tanto le di de baja. Me han cobrado el mes, y vuelvo a decir que solo he gastado menos de una hora del periodo de prueba de 3 meses. Entiendo que el periodo de prueba es justo para eso, probar antes de comprar. He intentado el app support y ahí dice que no existe. Quién es responsable o se hace responsable por este tipo de estafas? No debería App Store filtrar este tipo de apps con políticas engañosas? Uno se cree que está en un lugar seguro y en realidad aquí todo pude pasar sin que nadie se haga responsable

Constantly loses connection
I have to regularly reconnect the link to feed, and it’s currently showing a weird mix of my current posts in the planner section (missing quite a few), so any future planning is inaccurate - despite paying for membership. Will be deleting this app and moving elsewhere

unusable
always getting logged out from my ig + they force you to pay to for features that used to be free. this app used to be PHENOMENAL and i used to recommend it to everyone, but the way they have shifted in recent years with the expensive subscriptions etc makes it not worth it. clearly many people feel this way from the many recent 1 star reviews. If you care about your apps users make it more accessible.

Feed planner only displays reels
The space containing the feed planner no longer displays other content than reels. I am unable to see previously posted carousels, for instance.

Já usei muito, mas tô achando a experiência do usuário bem ruim nessas últimas atualizações
Dedé 2018 uso, mas ficou muito difícil mexer no na organização do feed. Antes era só clicar na imagem, clicar no + e vc conseguia adicionar imagens no meio, só puxando da galeria. Agora tem que fazer o uploads, arrastar a imagem apara lá… muito ruim mesmo. Além disso, a gente seleciona as imagens e não tem como de-selecionar, tem que largar tudo o que tá fazendo.
Outra coisa, eu tenho muita imagem kkk pra levar umas lá de cima pra baixo, substituir é muito ruim, preciso q poder arrastar, acontece que como a imagem é grande hoje em dia, eu tenho que arrastar mito. Os sistemas de pc permite diminuir o tamanho dos ícones para mexer mais rápido, podia dar pra fazer isso aqui tb.
