App instable and crashing, data loss
I’ve been experiencing some issues with the app. It frequently crashes and logs me out unexpectedly. At times, it doesn’t post my content and instead saves it as a draft. In some cases, it has deleted reports I’ve written, requiring me to redo the work. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.

Can’t delete messages
Even if you move centres, all messages stay in messages, even years later.

Won’t let me sign in
Since updating the app won’t sign me in! Put in email address and correct password but it keeps looking like it’s opening then going back to the email screen. Have tried more than 10 times, deleted and readded the app but no joy.
Unreliable
The app is always glitchy, quite often the uploads fail. For the quality of the overall program the app is a real let down.

Filter part of stories
Is it possible to have “Authors” as part of the filter option. This would make things easier for the teachers to link our own notes and stories without having to scroll through all the stories.
Amazing
Storypark is a wonderful program. I have used this for years now and I cannot rate it highly enough. I used it first for my Family Day Care business and every centre I have been at since I have signed them up to Storypark. We currently use it at our small community based service but services of any size can use this program. It’s easy to use, self explanatory, has everything you will need, and people who aren’t tech savvy can even use it. It’s professional and so well priced. I seriously would recommend Storypark to any and every Early Childhood Education Service. It is by far the best decision we ever made switching to Storypark.

It’s very easy to link and share information. Clear planning cycle. Create to have conversations with families.
Definitely needs some work
I do love the idea of this app, but I do have problems with it from time to time. It often crashes on me when I’m working on something. I also wish there was a way to save drafts of notes that I can come back to later. Lastly, I wish that plans could be edited using the app.

Not a reliable app
The app began with bugs - the app closed on its own sporadically and upload times were up to 7 hours to get a draft. Then it stopped working completely; no fix after closing the app completely, restarting the phone and logging out of the app. Cannot even log back in. Cannot see anything because the screen goes blank. I’ve contacted the helpline but there is no response after one automated email.
The last resort is to uninstall and reinstall but because I haven't heard back from the help line I’m not even sure that would help.
As an educator expecting a reliable app to communicate with families, I am very disappointed with the app in general.

App refuses to work since update

The best app ever!
I had used a few different app in my FDC years and this is the app for me. It has everything I ever wanted. The programming options in this app is so good, you can customised it to the way you needed. The way it can link document makes it so user friendly and so easy to show cycle of learning.
Some of the features are not working
Children option (that has all the details about enrolled kids, their routine, notes, plans etc.) doesnt work. Have to access web potal to see the details. I have checked the same issue in two different iphone apps.
