PlayShield error
There is a option of purchase and record your own audio. In that case, Im facing a lot of with issues syncing the audios with the playshield, headphones bluetooth mode turns off when a the playshield is attached on, so you can't trigger or manage the process. The shield only records the first audio from the playlist and I tried many ways to te solve this..

Don’t waste your money
My daughter got so excited about this product as she has a tonie box. After multiple attempts at making an account - now it’s saying there’s an error. Will be returning this!! $100 wasted
Can’t even login/signup
This has to be the worst app and product. I tried mobile the native app and the website too. The sign in with Google doesn’t work. Manual sign up doesn’t work. I even tried the “forgot password” way, even that does work and says “The password reset link expired OR the password you have entered doesn't satisfy the validation rules mentioned below”. I tried all these options multiple times before giving up and putting this rating. How are people even using this product?

Can’t even create account
Can’t even create an account so I can’t even set up the headphones…..there’s a bunch of money wasted. So disappointing
Network Error
I got three of these headsets today for my child and two for my nephews and the app isn’t working. I’m sure I have internet cuz other apps and programs works except this. Returning all three.

Love these!
I love these story headphones, and so does my daughter. I like these better than tonies, because we can actually take these with us on trips and car rides. I’ve had zero issues with the app or headphones.
Two sets, multiple shields, app doesn’t work
First off when I registered via email it immediately kept telling me my password was wrong, after multiple resets I set up an account by linking it to Gmail, it took 30mins to get it to finally connect to one set and download the shield, when I connected the second one it would not update it or download the shields, I had to remove it and create a new account on another devices, too another 45mins to finally get it connected and downloading two shields before it stopped picking them up. Went back to the other device where the first story phones was connected only to discover it removed the shields and is now refusing to recognize any of them. Spent over $330 between the two sets and shields and I’ll be returning them in the morning, if they can’t be bothered to create an app that actually works I can’t be bothered to keep them or waste anymore time or money on them.

Gift from my brother for my son
Whatever issues people were having previously with these headphones are now completely fixed. There’s no issues logging in no issues creating an account. Everything was super simple. Super easy. It took me three minutes.
Flimsy
Always disconnecting from the earphones. Feels like something that’s been developed/outsourced to India.
Can’t even login
Just purchased these today for my daughter, scanned the QR to download the app, created an account, now when I try to login I’m getting the “invalid credentials” error telling me to change my password which I’ve done 3 times now to no avail. About to return.

Unable to create and account
Just downloaded the app with the new headphones we purchased and the app just says error when trying to create and account. No matter what we try it isn’t working rendering the headphones useless :/
