About
Hold the mic and say whatever is on your mind — the errand, the appointment, the thing you keep meaning to do. Every morning Stowe hands back three to five things: a plan short enough to actually finish, composed for you, made entirely on your phone.
That is the whole app. You talk, it sorts, and the day arrives already decided.
Capture
Hold the button and ramble: water the plants every three days, call mum tomorrow, gym at seven. Stowe splits that into separate items, guesses which ones repeat and when things are due, and shows each as a chip you can fix with one tap. Ignoring the chips is fine. If you would rather type, the field sits right under the mic as an equal path.
Your words stay your words, including Hindi-English mid-sentence — kal gym jaana hai. Stowe never rewrites your phrasing into something more correct.
Today
Three to five cards. Not the backlog, not everything you have ever said — what is actually due, plus one or two things that move something forward. One progress ring. Tap to complete, swipe to defer, long-press to swap. There is no show-all button anywhere, because the short list is the point.
Now
One thing, full screen, nothing else. Check it and the next one slides up.
Journal
Fifteen seconds in the evening: what you did, and one tap to roll the rest to tomorrow. Unfinished never renders as failure. No red, no counting of what you missed.
A streak that counts planning, not perfection
Making a plan and looking at it is the day kept. Miss a day and a banked freeze covers it instead of resetting you to zero. Come back after a week away and there is no wall of overdue items waiting: the stale plan goes to the Journal and you start fresh.
Works in airplane mode
Speech, sorting and storage all happen on this phone. Nothing you say is uploaded, and you can check it in ten seconds — turn the phone offline, say something, and watch it still become a plan. The only thing Stowe ever downloads is Apple's speech model, once.
Widgets, and one notification
Today on your home screen and lock screen, free. One morning nudge when the plan is ready; an evening review and a streak reminder if you want them, and nothing beyond those three. No marketing pushes, ever.
No account, no setup
Open it and talk. Nothing is required beyond speaking — no projects, no labels, no filters to maintain.
Free forever
Capture, today's plan and the widgets are free and stay free. Stowe Pro adds the Watch app, your whole journal past the last seven days, export and backup, a morning read-aloud, a second pass over a rambling draft, and an icon pack. The paywall is somewhere you go looking, never something that interrupts capture or your morning.
Requires iOS 26. Refining drafts needs an Apple Intelligence device; capture and the daily plan work on any iPhone running iOS 26 — on device, offline.
