Terrible app
Terrible communication never let me know about anything. I emailed them multiple times, 5+ and they never responded.
Installed, then immediately uninstalled
I installed, and immediately uninstalled. It’s lists producers (like 1906 edible drops) but not the products. If I have to add it myself, what’s the point of this app, as there are tons of others that let me add.
Very Confusing.
Not user friendly. I have 5 years of notebooks with each battery highlighted by its strain.
Scam won’t return emails take your data won’t redeem points
Did this for a year, they take your data bait you with honour point redemption, emails thru app, thru website no reply in any form

Shill company. Don’t expect your prizes. Company doesn’t have an office anymore.
Company awarded me a prize of a 2 night stay at a hotel. When it came time to redeem they messed up and instead offered cash in the value of less than one night’s stay. Unethical practices.

Zero communication
This app is pretty good if you just want to keep track of cannabis use but if you use your points for the rewards, the rewards won’t arrive and when you reach out to see what’s happened, no one will respond.
Unresponsive app developers
I wanted to try this app, but I cannot set it up as it keeps giving me the message that my email is invalid. It goes on to say I should email the app developers. They have never answered my email.
Easy, efficient & helpful!
I have been using this app since it came out. I have watched it grow with new features and conditions added.
The database for conditions and cannabis keeps growing and I find this app keeps expanding with that. I love how they keep everything up to date for me.
The logging is very quick and easy! I love the calendar view they brought in as well so i know how often I am dosing at a glance.
This app has helped me track for years now. It makes talking to my Dr about my conditions and how cannabis has helped me very easy. I also can see which strains affected me negatively and check my notes as to why.
I have tried hand written books to log and various other apps. This one is the best so far for me as a medical user, with the added benefit of rewards for logging session. The data is used to help people with strains and conditions find the right strain for whatever ails them with reported data.
All around great app!! Please keep up the great work!

Great Idea, but they need better data
There aren’t very many products and if you request to add one it takes forever to go through. I haven’t even tracked yet because I can’t find the right product in the system.

Doesn’t work
I cannot create an account, I add my info, the app opens to a white blank screen.
Dead end for users outside Ontario.
To add anything not in the system, you are redirected to a web form and told to wait up to 48 hours for approval to be added to their global list.
Not working
For some reason you cannot lookup a product? It just says “something went wrong” so now I can’t track anything
Unreliable - “something went wrong”
Used to be better. Now, keep getting this stupid message and can’t move on. Can’t even save current rating to be transmitted later when the Strainprint server is up.

The app was great but hasn’t been working properly for weeks. I can’t log my last session and it makes the app useless to me now.

I loved this app at first and would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but the app stopped working. For several weeks now every time I try to add new product to my lists or track a session, I get an error message and it won’t let me do anything. It has rendered a wonderful app completely useless. I hope they fix the bug soon.

Okay app
So the app isn’t all that bad but it crashes frequently and out of nowhere. The more frustrating part is that it does it when trying to add new products sometimes I have to try about 8 times and ultimately have to add another product instead of the one I want because the app just won’t stop crashing so that doesn’t realistically let me track my strains.

Broken for weeks now
I get an error every time I try to do anything in this app. When it works it’s okay but lately there is no point. It’s an exercise in frustration.

Huge fan of these guys. The tracking really makes a difference for me and allows me to understand what I’m smoking. Thanks!
Update
The new update is trash. It constantly has error messages, crashes and refuses to load sessions.
