Could be better

The app is a good start, but definitely needs improvement.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and many of them have mentioned the same issues I will be referring to.

First, the screen needs to have a dark mode option. Even with my screen dimmed to the lowest level, it is still difficult to view during an attack.

Then there is the issue with different attacks on the same day. I can experience multiple attacks and majority are different than the 1st attack including the time of day, location, intensity, and type. It can be mild at first and fairly severe later on, or the opposite. Noting that yes multiple attacks happened is not enough and writing the notes out each time to add the time and the changes in locations or intensity is much more challenging when it’s hard to look at the screen long enough to do so.

Lastly, it would definitely be helpful to be able to mark exactly the area the attack starts or stays. I experience migrating pain, meaning that it can start on the front of my fore head and move to the right side of my head, or to the top, etc. Having an actual map to note the locations for each attack would be beneficial for tracking so that when we provide a summary to the doctor, they have a better understanding of the physical patterns of the attacks.

I’ve tried other apps, but would much rather continue with a Canadian one. Please update to include these options. It would improve usage and allow for more precise details in the summaries we provide to the medical professionals we work with.

App no longer working after maintenance

I was using this to track my severe migraines to share and provide updates with my healthcare provider and had logged nearly 2 years worth of data and after their update/maintenance, I always get a “something went wrong!” Error message and can’t even log in. Even deleting the app and reinstalling it, I get this message. I also tried changing my password and I still get this message. All my longitudinal data is now lost.

Dark mode please!

As someone who is very light-sensitive when having a migraine attack, I would love if a dark mode would be added as an option!
