Could be better

The app is a good start, but definitely needs improvement.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and many of them have mentioned the same issues I will be referring to.

First, the screen needs to have a dark mode option. Even with my screen dimmed to the lowest level, it is still difficult to view during an attack.

Then there is the issue with different attacks on the same day. I can experience multiple attacks and majority are different than the 1st attack including the time of day, location, intensity, and type. It can be mild at first and fairly severe later on, or the opposite. Noting that yes multiple attacks happened is not enough and writing the notes out each time to add the time and the changes in locations or intensity is much more challenging when it’s hard to look at the screen long enough to do so.

Lastly, it would definitely be helpful to be able to mark exactly the area the attack starts or stays. I experience migrating pain, meaning that it can start on the front of my fore head and move to the right side of my head, or to the top, etc. Having an actual map to note the locations for each attack would be beneficial for tracking so that when we provide a summary to the doctor, they have a better understanding of the physical patterns of the attacks.

I’ve tried other apps, but would much rather continue with a Canadian one. Please update to include these options. It would improve usage and allow for more precise details in the summaries we provide to the medical professionals we work with.

App no longer working after maintenance

I was using this to track my severe migraines to share and provide updates with my healthcare provider and had logged nearly 2 years worth of data and after their update/maintenance, I always get a “something went wrong!” Error message and can’t even log in. Even deleting the app and reinstalling it, I get this message. I also tried changing my password and I still get this message. All my longitudinal data is now lost.

Dark mode please!

As someone who is very light-sensitive when having a migraine attack, I would love if a dark mode would be added as an option!

Mise à jour

Depuis la mise à jour récente 16/06/2026 rien ne fonctionne et en plus j’ai perdu toutes mes données enregistrées depuis longtemps

Too much notifications regarding updates

I deleted my account on deleted the app.

What happened?

Have been using this app for years and love it. Since the last update it doesn’t work at all. Just keeps spinning.

App suddenly states “user does not exist”

When I automatically logged on to the app, my daily logs for the last 3+ years were gone. I figured out how to log out of the account I was in, which other people were making notes; they had also suddenly been accessing it rather than their own accounts. Thankfully, I was able to log into my account and my logs were still intact.

User not found after app update

I was happy with the app and visually being able to see my migraine trends. After the big update this weekend the app is not working for me and cannot recognize my user data

Complete waste of time and energy

I have been tracking my migraines with the app at the direction of my Neurologist. It was a bit clunky but it was a way for me to do so. Hard enough when you’re in the onset of a migraine. Anyway. They announce that they will be down for four days to update the app. All my data is gone, I no longer exist in the system and the report I need to produce Wednesday is now not available. Any company tracking medical
Information had better ensure data privacy and protection, apparently that is not an actual consideration for migraine tracker.

App not loading

App hasn’t worked for the past few days… very frustrating when trying to keep track of symptoms

Great app

I really like the app, especially that it’s a Canadian app. As others have mentioned, there is no way to add info about a second migraine in the same day. A setting for dark mode would also really be appreciated. Finally, if we could indicated a time for each crise treatment (what time I took medication? if I had to take a second dose?) .

Can’t have more than 1 intake/day

Have been adding ‘new attack’ on days that I’ve had more than one attack for past month but only just realized that when you add a new attack on a day you’ve already done an intake, it’ll just overwrite your previous intake for that day. Unfortunately lost a lot of data due to this. Please add an option to have multiple attack intakes in a day without being overwritten instead of just the ‘have you had multiple headaches today’ question. Would be a very helpful tool for those who suffer from multiple attacks a day and need to keep a record of the details of each attack itself.

Get dark mode please !!!

Lights + migraines aren’t the best combo. Love the app but wish it could be a bit easier on the head. Thanks!

Very Good. Except Display Brightness.

Overall very in depth, customizable and most importantly USEFUL app. It would be great if the app could match my night/day display settings or if I could simply choose a dark theme for it. When I’m in an intentionally dark space (because of light sensitivity) the last this I want to do is spend time looking at this bright white app! I end up taking notes elsewhere and entering them in the app when I can look at it. Or I forget to go back. Small… but big issue for me!

Perfect! One suggestion

I love this app. My doctor has been telling me to make a “migraine diary” of some kind for years, but no method has really stuck until this one. I would suggest however that in the next update they implement a dark mode. As a patient who experiences light sensitivity during migraine attacks, it can be hard to face the bright white light from my phone screen (a tip for other people going through this, reducing the white point in settings on IOS can help a bit with this).

Edit: it’s been over 9 months since I wrote this review, I got a developer response saying they would add it but I haven’t seen it yet. I’d like to also suggest that patients should be able to access a summary of their migraine TRIGGERS, it’s something that physicians and pharmacists often ask me about and I say “I’m using an app to track them, but there’s no easy way for me to retrieve the data”. All that appears in the summary is migraine frequency, what was used to treat it, and the effectiveness of treatment.

Recover username

Great app, but I can’t find an option to retrieve username… my phone updated and I can’t remember my username…

Desperately needs a dark mode option

I find this app super helpful for tracking my chronic migraines, but it is definitely less than ideal to be blinded by the bright white background whenever I have a migraine and open this app to track it. Seems somewhat counterintuitive to me. Love the fact that the app will remember you now and you don’t have to log in every time anymore, hoping more quality of life adjustments will be made in the future.
