This app used to be easy to use
I hate using this app now it tells me there’s people connecting to my Internet, but there’s no way for me to even disconnect those devices that are connecting and I don’t even know what it won’t tell me it just gives me a series of numbers and symbols. I used to be able to deactivate any device that connected that I didn’t know what it was and now option waste of money. I used to be able to turn off my Internet from the app to the whole house and I can’t even do that anymore.

Great when it does glitch
My biggest complaint is that the app is super glitchy. When it is working properly I am able to set up protections for my family. However, randomly devices disappear or I get a message that the app cannot connect to the router. When my kids are trying to get homework done and but can’t connect due to their devices have disappeared from the list it’s VERY frustrating! I also spent 2 hours with a technician last night only to end up deleting everything from the hub and having to reinstall because it was blocking Netflix and HBO Max for no apparent reason. I’m definitely frustrated and not sure if I’ll continue using it if they don’t figure it out!

There is so many cool features on this app, Your not gonna get a better deal, you can block apps and websites all from the app for your children’s devises. Not gonna be disappointed
