Too slow
App wants to constantly update and sync. Takes almost 5 minutes to update and sync. What a waste of time. Will log me out and lose the ticket I almost had completed. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don’t see the point of a remember me button, if it doesn’t work.
Keeps crashing
I’m so sick of this app crashing and not saving the information, yall need to learn how to develop a app and leave it alone , it’s constantly crashing and not saving the information, we don’t have time to constantly plug the info in because yalls app crashes so much stop making changes , it’s a big inconvenience. Neither the app creators or oil company is out in the field and has to deal with this nonsense

Don’t fix what isn’t broken.
This app gets worse in one way or another every time they update it. I’ve been using it for almost 4 years and dread every update. Makes me wonder if they even open it on a phone and run through a run ticket? And I have to ask why did they make the font size so small with the latest update. It was perfect before lol.

Terrible app
If you have to toggle out of the app you have to re enter your pass code. Crazy that on the app you can’t enter more than a 300 word comment but my dispatch sure can.
