The app constantly glitches and does not perform its basic functions.
Bad UX
I can’t tap to select any fields, so I can’t even set my account up. Why aren’t there clear and responsive field selection areas?
Appalling
This has got to be one of the worst apps I have encountered in a long time. Layout and use ability is appalling and it is unreliable. I wish the property agent used something better!

Obviously never been tested.
The “menu” button in the top left corner on my iPhone 13 is inoperable.
The location tag obviously has incorrect data as it places my apartment (Sunnycove Village) in the middle of the Pacific.

As soon as I sign into the app it closes. I’m not able to use it.
Not built for iPhone
As iPhone doesn’t have a back button, only option when navigating to some pages is to force quit the app. To get back to the start.

In serious need of a design uplift
Initially, I was quite excited to have a lot of our Strata documentation on hand and quick access to common tasks. But unfortunately, the overall app experience and usability is incredibly poor. It’s in serious need of a redesign just to get the basics of app design right, at the moment, it’s a real chore to use.

Takes a long time to load anything, need to refresh the menu each time to load notifications, just not user friendly or efficient

I can’t read the notes/comments/replies
I can’t read the notes/comments/replies in the app on my phone. When I try to read notes/comments/replies added by other users, only the first two lines (which is about a dozen words) is shown and I can’t read the rest of the comment/reply.
Can you fix this? It would be good if you could “expand” the field so you could read everything. Or select the comment/reply and read everything. It’s not helpful being able to read only the first dozen words of a response, I end up having to chase up the comment/reply.

Stratafy
App is very clunky and things take forever to load or not at all, buttons disappear too.
Lacks user focus
I have used this app for some time now, forced to by the buildings BC. Some issues with it; no audit trail for a resident to once “archived” can just disappear never to be seen again. Handy when the issue hasn’t actually been fixed, though the BC thinks it has, or is a frequent recurring issue. Takes along time to load, requires continuous internet coverage which is not always possible. App drains a lot of battery power with its constant on status. Should send a text or email when a job has had any updates as the BC and trades can take some time to progress and provide updates. The title text and description text have to be backspaced to get rid of it. Many users would prefer for auto clear. I don’t know how many times I see this text left as part of the incident. Needs to have a web version for the older users to log jobs. Lack of recognition of the variety of ages and skill level using this below par app

Blank fields no input
Maybe it’s just the current version, but it simply doesn’t work for me. When I try to sign up all the fields are shown blank. I cannot see or select anything. Deleted and reinstalled, same outcome. I had heard good things, but first impressions count. So I can only give 2 stars
No dark mode support
Can’t read what I type in this app when my phone is in dark mode. The background stays white and the font color changes to white too
Resident with long term use review
We have had the Stratafy app for our complex for around 2 years now and it’s terrible. I have an iPhone XR and the app crashes nearly every time I go to access documents. Then due to the very basic app design it doesn’t function with the iPhone ‘notch’. The hamburger menu in the corner is covered by the time on my phone and requires a very specific press location to open the menu. Finally the contents and functionally of the app are so limited that most residents just email or call our strata provider. I think the committee is going to ask to remove at the next AGM.

Does not work in iOS dark mode
White text on a white background is not very usable. Needs an update to handle dark mode because switching back and forth is not a practical solution.
As much use as a chocolate teapot!
Limited functionality. Can’t select options properly when logging an issue and can’t even see what you’re typing into the black text box.
Part of the issue is that our strata company doesn’t use it properly - or maybe they don’t because it’s so limited.
Feels like an app that hasn’t been updated for a long time. Would fail a UX test.

Registration page uses white text on a white background
I’m not sure how you expect me to see what I am typing on with white text on a white background on your signup page but it is rendering it almost useless
Why is it so hard to use the keyboard with this app?
I have tried signing up but have found it so difficult to hit the sweet spot and be able to access the keyboard and type in details. I now have an account that is not verified and can’t sign in at all. What’s going on. I was led to believe this is the answer to strata hassles but trying to sign up is a huge hassle.
