Don’t keep up with the times
Personally I can’t understand and believe that you can’t even be bothered to have a online account in this day and age that you can keep up to date with payments for council tax and be able to send out notifications 🔔 on this app for iPhone users for example

Doesn’t work
This app used to notify me on bin collections the evening before which was pretty handy as I’m quite forgetful but it hasn’t notified me in months. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.
It works pretty well
My grip is that it needs to work in landscape on an ipad. Otherwise it does what it should.
does not use GPS
I have a complaint/irritation, which is that at least on report it screens when you need to identify where the problem is it just presents a map. it should move the map to your current location and put the pin at that location . With the opportunity for you to move the map in case you are reporting it after the fact. Also, there is no opportunity to take a photograph and send it. Please see an example app like FixMyStreet, which offers both facilities.
