Broken before you even start
I wanted to do two things with this app and it failed on both accounts. We now have to book into our recycling centre before we can take anything there but the app doesn't facilitate this. There is also a button for contact us which only gives you addresses with no telephone numbers and no emails but it does say complete our form below and we will respond to you straight away. When you press this button it takes you to a page that says this service is now closed. So basically there's no way to contact them with general enquiries or with specifics to do with recycling. Useless.

What use is this if it doesn’t even recognise a postcode.
Much improved app
This app is so handy for me as I can never remember what bin day it is! Notifications arrive when you set them & now we can report issues directly through the app, like fly tipping etc.
Poor effort
Downloaded the app for waste day reminders and it doesn’t even recognise any addresses for my post code even though we are located in DDC as per the council website.

Great support
I contacted the app developer (Cloud 9 Technologies) to highlight an accessibility issue which rendered the app unuseable to Blind users utilising Screen Reader software. I was contacted within 24 hours to discuss the issue and a fix was implemented within a few weeks.
It is refreshing to work with a company that is responsive to user feedback and takes accessibility issues seriously.
