Spoiled products
I used to love Strawberrynet site, mostly because of the availability of imported products that are hard to find in local shops, like Avene & La Roche Posay lotions and cleansers for dermatitis. But I noticed the horrible quality of products from my recent orders. They sent me free facial cleansers but man, they smelled like roaches! I cannot believe that they actually give away EXPIRED products! Now I do not trust them anymore. So that’s why one of the Avene lotions I got for my kid has a weird fishy smell unlike my previous orders. BEWARE!!

Great products and prices, unreliable app
The products are great, the prices are great and the delivery service is also very reliable. However, the app is very unreliable, constantly logs me out, forgets my addresses. Auto fill does not work for credit cards or addresses. And where has Apple Pay gone?

Strawberry net used to -a few years ago-have THE BEST prices on EVERYTHING cosmetic, fragrance n skincare luxury.
Now and in the past few years, the selection is still pretty good but prices have become a joke(meaning MOST items priced at or even ABOVE what they retail for).
Until VERY recently, they at least had incentives/loyalty discounts that gave good prices sometimes..now this loyalty and incentives are gone too.
Used to LOVE to order many high end items from them but now, due to the above, it’s not at all worth it.
Bummer for sure as in past their products were always fresh, authentic and a great deal.

My item has never come to me!
I bought the item from them in the mid of March. When the pandemic started, I asked them for my parcel and they told me to wait. However, it has already been 3 months and I have received anything from them. The third time I emailed and asked them, they still told me to wait rather than tracking my item!! They even told me my item was now in Singapore but the tracking has shown that it was in Hongkong!!? Terrible customer service!
Once they’ve got your money, they never give it back no matter whether you will receive your items or not! Beware!

My Favorite site to buy treatment products
I have ordered from Strawberrynet for years. Always fresh and the treatment products are much less expensive. Great customer service too.
Password issues
Using the app and it shows items in my bag but won’t let me open bag. Tells me to log on so I try that but doesn’t like my password so I try selecting forgot my password and put my email in but then get a message saying my email does not exist even though I have emails from Strawberry net in my inbox. So what’s the outcome? I have deleted Strawberry net from my phone and emails. There are other sites cheaper and more user friendly. Bye Strawberry net 🖐👎

Very buggy
The app is really buggy. You can add item to your cart but when you click on the shopping cart, it says it’s empty. Can’t even make a purchase via the app, but they keep promoting extra 5% off when purchasing from the app....
Upgrade loop...won’t even launch
The new update is stuck in a loop asking you to upgrade after you already have then just sits there doing nothing ... seriously it’s been consistently the most unstable app in the store since they launched it. Get yourself some new developers and just scrap this.

With 20% off for my Shiseido product, But today Software is different ,cannot find my 10% off , The international toll free service number is no longer in service, email service screen also seems freezes , can’t even send email,
