Poor Customer service

I have ordered an item before 1 week and still this status is confirmed. And every day the expected delivery date is extending. Very very poor customer service, I have tried to reach out to them from past 4 days and failed to get a response. Totally very very disappointed with the service

->Worst experience ever. Still I didnot receive my product and the delivery date is increasing every day. Unsatisfied and poor service. Nykaa is the best is delivering the products in time.
