Good app, however sold out products are not showing in the app, whereas in the direct website they are shown

Customer Services are dead
There is no good customer service man. This is the last time I got onto a popular brand. They are unable to resolve my order issue with just a change in my delivery address in other state. I already put an email stating the same on the very next minute without any delay. Still they didn’t changed it till now. I didn’t even got my refund. Worst servicing. Anyway I have made my mind to order their products for trying so made a second order, now let’s see how their products are on the cost of what I already paid twice.
