Need to work on app
App /website both automatically taking default adress , even after adding another address it is automatically getting delivered to default adress, i texted customer care that is given on website , token number raised still they did nit change my shipping adress, i am ordering again by deleting my default adress, aftrr being a brand please workout on these, low customer service, product is best

Bad moisturiser!!!
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience with the Minimalist B5 Moisturiser. I used this product regularly for approximately three months, during which I developed frequent acne breakouts and noticeable dark spots—skin issues I did not experience prior to using this product.
It was only after discontinuing use that I realised the moisturiser was the likely cause. Upon reviewing feedback on your website, I was concerned to find multiple customers reporting similar adverse reactions.
The dark spots caused during this period have persisted and have significantly affected my skin condition, causing distress and loss of confidence. Given these outcomes, I am deeply concerned that this product continues to be sold without clearer disclosures or warnings about potential side effects.
I would appreciate a clear explanation, accountability, and guidance on how such concerns are being addressed, as well as information on what steps can be taken to mitigate the damage caused.

Good, but can be made better!
Bugs - after payment is successful, it doesn’t get redirected to homepage, I only have 1 option to close the payment successful screen which is a X at the top right, but once I click on it, it shows me another screen as If I am leaving the transaction in between, however, the transaction is completed successfully. Please look into these. Attaching screenshots.

I have been religiously using Minimalist for more than 3 years now. It is the best decision I have ever made to improve my overall skin care.

Customer Services are dead
There is no good customer service man. This is the last time I got onto a popular brand. They are unable to resolve my order issue with just a change in my delivery address in other state. I already put an email stating the same on the very next minute without any delay. Still they didn’t changed it till now. I didn’t even got my refund. Worst servicing. Anyway I have made my mind to order their products for trying so made a second order, now let’s see how their products are on the cost of what I already paid twice.

I was contacted by someone from minimalist 2 times trying to scam me they had my all details like address contact what i ordered how much amount i would recommend do not order from here if you don’t want your number to fall in scammers groups
They cheated me of my money
Placed an order on 3rd August , it’s been 20 days , no response , they don’t pick the phone or reply on mail . Have paid almost 3000, the package shows returned for some reason but yet no refunded money . It’s not just me , multiple people have the same Grievance and are suffering the same . Pls don’t trust the brand

Worst app
Never order from their app or website. You won’t get any update, they will not even tell you estimated delivery. And they don’t have a customer support as well. You have to drop a email and wait for 2 days. Even then they will not be able to say when you’ll get your order
Worst Service Experience in my life

Scam
I paid 499 for a order and the bottle came broken and 90% was leaked . I asked for a refund or a replacement but they completely ignored me . Never buying again .
