Payment issue
I tried purchasing my tickets, but it said my card was suspicious and possibly fraudulent. After researching, I found that many people experienced the same problem months ago, yet the IT department hasn’t fixed it. How do they even make money? I was planning to see a play but now I’m reconsidering. That’s why I avoid downtown and activities there—it feels like a trap to get you to spend extra money on tickets at the booth. It’s a scam.
I also remember going to Amalie Arena, where staff told me I couldn’t keep the cap from the soda I bought because they claimed it could be used as a weapon. That’s all lies—they just want you to drink your drink quickly so you’ll buy another. It’s all a scam.

This app still doesn’t work
You have got to be kidding me. In this day and age to have an app this bad means someone working there is truly incompetent.
A Zero star if I could
After viewing a calendar event in a future month, the app takes you all the way back to the current calendar month and you have to scroll through the beginning month all over again. A simple code line in programming would correct this.
Why even bother?
If you're going to create an app that doesn't seem to work for anybody and you're not going to listen to the people telling you it DOESN'T WORK, why even bother? I'm able to log in, but it doesn't show the 4 tickets I bought over the weekend. I thought if I waited a few days that they might show up. But no. I can log into the wallet online and see the tickets, so what's the point of this app?

Pointless
Why have an app if you still have to log into the web browser to gain access to your tickets? You end up logging in twice just to find your tickets, just a waste of space.

I love having apps on my phone that I only use 1-2 times per year.
Tried to access my tickets. Apparently they aren’t on the app but can be found on the wallet (???) website.
Deleting this app later. I hope the Straz doesn’t charge extra to pick up physical tickets at Will Call.

Attempting to purchase tickets to Opera.useless.
finally called got a charming man on phone. Purchased $103 ticket. They added over $21 in fees! I guess thata how they can afford to pay CEO $800,000.

App does not work. Electronic tickets do not show up, even though event is listed online when logged into the website. Under My Tickets it says no events, even though there are events listed on the regular website. Something is not syncing between the app and online accounts.
Inconsistent
I log into the website and I can see my upcoming tickets and history. I go to the app and it has nothing. I’m being asked if I want to use eTickets for an upcoming show, but can’t trust I’ll have they show. I’m sticking to Will Call until I can consistently see purchases and tickets on the app.
E tickets not showing up
Had to call box office and have them changed to Will-call.
Worst APP EVER
Time and again I have issues trying to open my tickets to actually see my tickets . It says my password isn’t correct but when I click on forgot my password it opens up welcoming me - showing an account number but not the tickets purchased already . Nowhere then does it give you the option of opening current tickets It sure wants to sell me more tickets. This has happened every time I’ve tried to get to my electronic tickets . Instead I have to waste time and go the the box office where they have to print the tickets for me and they don’t have a printer at the windows so you have to wait and wait for someone to be in the office while they print the tickets and bring them back to the window It is the worst APP ever . I can’t sign in with my saved details including password.I’m told

It doesn’t work!
Love the Straz but this app is appalling based on any experience at the venue! Why?
Worst app ever
You can log into the app, but then when you try to access your E tickets the same login information does not work. Ridiculous.
Tickets
Try to log in to see your purchased tickets and it tells you that you can’t log in and to contact the ticket office. If they were open 24/7 I would, but there not. We should be able to access our tickets on the app weeks before the event. This is ridiculous.

All it does it load the website, I already have a web browser that can do that

It eats my password. It doesn’t let me change it, but you’re need the app for etickets.

App does not work
Not able to log in to get e tickets. After reinstalling and attempting multiple times I had to call and have the tickets mailed. User name and password were correct. When you enter them and select done, nothing happens.
Not all functions work
The most important function - selecting your seat - doesn’t work. Only get a blank white screen.
