Horrible
This app doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. It is absolutely terrible. Just let us access our tickets in the Ticketmaster app! Why must it be so complicated!?!
Can’t save tickets to Apple Wallet
We are season ticket holders. Prior to every event we get the email that says we should add our tickets to Apple Wallet so we don’t have an issue at the gate and every time it doesn’t work. This time it even said the app was updated which gave me false hope! Still not working…
The worst app
If I could give zero stars I would. I have season tickets to see the Broadway shows at The Aronoff in Cincinnati and every show I try to access the app for my tickets and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m forced to log in, then am told my password doesn’t match even though I’m positive of my password (because remember I just changed it the last time I used this app!!!) so I reset my password AGAIN, then try to set up a passkey only to be told there was an error and to try again later. Then when I finally get to my tickets and select “add to wallet” a page of gibberish appears. Cannot add to wallet. Seriously the most frustrating process I go through each time I head to see a show

Difficult to Use
I went to Ticketmaster. Was then transferred to Broadway in Cincinnati. I was not able to add to Apple Wallet as recommended.
Junk App
Everyone I click to add to my Apple wallet I get a screen of junk. I’ve tried deleting and uninstalling it and it still doesn’t work.
