Frustrating App

This has to be the most expensive but absolutely worthless app I’ve ever encountered. Fioptics through altafiber is very expensive but they seem to put little investment into the app that is supposed to facilitate watching TV on my iPad, for instance. It seems to work less often than it works. Not recommended. I will be looking for alternate service provider. You would think alta fiber / Fioptics would recognize and at least try to meet the competition but, apparently not!

Piece of junk

Without notice, suddenly the watch online feature is gone. If you click on support, it hangs and never answers. I’m tired of paying for this garbage that doesn’t work.

Crash Crash Crash

App worked fine until about 4 months ago. Now I can’t watch a show without it crashing. Even had a tech come out and add a router to my upstairs bedroom!! Still CRASHES every 7-10 minutes!! App is worthless! 0 stars!!

This app used to work great. Now, on every channel, the video begins to buffer after a minute, then an error message, then retry, rinse and repeat.

App needs some attention, especially given how much I pay for programming.

The app hasn’t had an update in 9 months. It lags constantly probably due to lack of an update!
