Useless app
I can’t believe Altafiber continues to offer this mostly non-functioning app to their customers. Too many types of sporadic problems to list and absolutely no software/app support.
Video lags sound by ~10sec. SUPER ANNOYING
The video lags the sound ny about 10 seconds. It’s super annoying, esp when you’re watching a live sports event where you hear the commentators call the play 10 seconds before you watch it on the screen. Completely unwatchable. I’ll just listen to the radio. Amazing that this is even an app. AltaFiber doesn’t care about this app at all.

Terrible
It’s March Madness - and I’m MAD! Wanted to be able to watch a game on my iPad while having another game on TV. But just get “No content available” message! Chatted on line with 2 people - log off/on, delete reload, etc. one even suggested to download an app called “My Fioptics”. DOES NOT EXIST! Worked fine a few days ago. Paying out the wazoo for internet and wi-fi and think this should be high priority. Don’t have many other choices around here. Get it fixed!

WORST APP EVER
Did I already say this was the worst app ever!?!?!?!!!!! This app never works. Alway receive “we’re experiencing technical difficulties and to try back later. If you are paying a premium for cable and their supposed connectivity; the the app should work ALL THE TIME. Won’t be too long before Altafiber goes out of business. Save yourself the trouble and money and just SWITCH NOW to Spectrum or one of the hundreds of other steaming services that actually work and cost way less. It is clear Altafiber doesn’t care or know how to manage an app.

And judging from the reviews I have read you don’t care about it at all because you’ve never done anything to fix it. So stop trying to sell it to customers.
