WHY do I keep having to sign in

Even though I have the box check that says remember me about every other week I have to keep signing in. And even my iPhone won’t allow me to save the password for this app. I don’t know why they can’t fix this. It’s been years!!!

Never in sync

The video and audio are never in sync. It is so annoying. I came back to the App Store hoping for an update or something but no. Please fix this issue!

How does this still not work?

Altafiber takes over and breaks everything. Useless.

Useless, Can’t watch anything

I’ve tried to use this app to watch my Altafiber channels dozens of times for the past 2 years.

It has worked exactly one time - every other time it either cannot connect to the server, or once I’m connected it won’t play any streams.

Every other cable tv provider’s app seems to work fine. After 2 years of bad reviews and a broken app, why won’t Altafiber fix it?
