Super easy to login and start watching shows. Easy to find what I’m looking for, even on my phone.
Confusing to use but works
Initially the sign in process took me to HawTel’s website. Closing the app and signing in again loaded the TiVo and channel choices correctly, and it was able to stream content from channels. HawTel needs to fix their sign in auth handoff in the app and then it should be OK.

this app stopped working on my iphone and hawaiian telcom said it’s my device. nothing changed on my device and when it works it just takes me to my account, not the app. so frustrating
It’s not what you think it is
The Hawaiian Tel fioptics app doesn’t look like the images on the App Store, and there is no channel guide, nor remote viewing functionality. It only lets you see your bill and service details.
