About

Plan every workout, log every set in seconds, and see exactly why your strength is—or isn’t—improving. StreakReps brings structured strength training, recovery context, progressive overload, and meaningful progress into one focused experience adapted for iPhone and iPad in portrait, landscape, Split View, and Stage Manager, with Apple Watch support for training from your wrist. No spreadsheets. No guessing what you lifted last time. KNOW WHAT TO TRAIN TODAY Build a custom gym or home plan, or start with ready-made programs for strength, hypertrophy, full body, push-pull-legs, and more. Set training days, equipment, exercises, sets, rep ranges, rest, and progression before the session starts. LOG SETS WITHOUT LOSING FOCUS Record weight, reps, RPE, rest, notes, warm-ups, and completed sets in a fast workout flow. Previous performance stays close, so progressive overload becomes a clear next action instead of a calculation. SEE PROGRESS APPLE FITNESS DOESN’T SHOW Understand weekly volume, consistency, streaks, personal records, estimated 1RM, exercise history, strength trends, and muscle balance. Spot momentum, plateaus, and neglected muscle groups with visual dashboards built for resistance training. CONNECT YOUR APPLE ECOSYSTEM With your permission, StreakReps reads and writes compatible Apple Health data, including workouts, activity, body metrics, and recovery signals. Completed workouts can live alongside your activity in Health and Fitness, while Apple Watch lets you follow the session and log sets from your wrist. Add Home Screen and Lock Screen Widgets, a Live Activity with Dynamic Island, and a Control Center control to keep training one tap away. Siri, Shortcuts, and App Intents can open sections, start workouts, and check your streak. TRAIN WITH RECOVERY CONTEXT Bring sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, activity, and training load beside your plan. StreakReps helps you decide when to push, maintain, recover, or deload while keeping the decision in your hands. BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING • Custom gym and home workout plans • Fast set, rep, weight, RPE, and rest logging • Strength trends, PRs, 1RM, volume, and consistency • Visual muscle map and exercise filters • Training load and recovery context • iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Widgets, Live Activities, and Control Center • Siri, Shortcuts, App Intents, calendar, history, share cards, and JSON export STREAKREPS PRO Unlock advanced analytics, configurable progression, privacy-conscious iCloud backups, share cards, and expanded training tools. Health and route data remain protected according to Apple platform rules. Train with a plan. Finish with proof. Build a streak that means progress. What's New in StreakReps

1.1.1

September 17, 2026

• You can now discard an active workout from the workout screen, the finish and rating sheet, Today, and Apple Watch. Discarded workouts do not appear in history or Apple Health. • Very brief workouts are clearly identified before saving, so an accidental tap can be discarded without polluting your progress. • Added a clearer plate-loading view with total weight and per-side loading, plus stability and localization improvements.
