I can see what my customer sees and use on screen tools that allow me to better communicate with them, see and capture the info I need and save it for future use or customer records. All without ever having to meet in person. Saves me time and travel. It’s easy to use and my customers love it.

Undependable. Confusing UI. Not intuitive.
Terrible UI. Download the app and literally all you get is “enter invitation code”. If you try to host via safari forget it. Try to host via Chrome, “no microphone found”. It’s great when it works, but be prepared to look like a fool in front of your customer

Hi Clap gaul, we're sorry you had a hard time. Our tool is not for photo editing. Streem interactive video calls are best for 1-1 communication between teammates or with customers. You can take StreemShot® high-res photos at anytime during an Streem video call. If you need a closer look at something, you can ask your customer to move closer. After a call all your images can be downloaded and cropped in any photo editor.
