Useless App
This app is absolutely useless. I’ve had this app for about 4 years and it is garbage. The app and camera never connect. Just continues beeping trying to connect. When I contacted the manufacturer and enquired about it, their response was, “The iOS and androids update all the time and we can’t keep up”. Such a lazy response. The camera itself is horrible too. It cuts files so you end up losing video clips. Such as useless piece of equipment and customer support. Buy it at your own risk.

Auto Generated Thousands of Albums
Over 4000 empty photo albums auto generated, now I need to buy and app to mass delete them for $2.99, thanks.
App Is Almost Useless
Sadly it doesn’t seem like there is any support for this app. You are better off using an SD card adapter for your PC than trying to use the app. I tried to pull some footage today and all I got was “video processing, try again later”. Was never able to pull the video off the app to my phone. The dash cameras work well, just the app is disappointing 😕

Unusable
The speed is so slow it is completely unusable. Given the importance of getting dash cam footage, this is a killer for the whole product
App is glitchy and cannot view live image or play videos
The app keeps crashing every time I want to view a video from the app before downloading. The camera itself is fine but will be changing dash cameras because the app experience is so hopelessly inadequate in todays world.
Unusable
The app connects to the camera, and there ends its usefulness. Only once have I gotten a video to start playing before the app stopped loading or the camera restarted. I have about 30 seconds from connecting to locate a video before the camera disconnects. I have never been able to download a video to circumvent the shutdown either.

Could be better
I am currently using the dash cam. I have found out that depending on the video quality you chose. The video will not play at all on the app. I keep getting the message saying that the video is still processing. So the only way I can view footage is with a computer. It is nice using the app to change settings if you need to it’s more convenient. I also have not updated the firmware on my camera that could be causing some of the problems I am having.

No live view
For the cost of this device, I would expect the live view to work but it doesn’t. Also can’t download video on phone. iPhone 12pro max with latest iOS
Needs bug fixes and UX improvement
Great for positioning the camera initially, and changing the settings, but that’s about it. The app doesn’t automatically connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi access point, it inexplicably brings up an unrelated iOS screen every time, the user experience for downloading video to the phone is terrible, and the app crashes if you try to “share” downloaded video. It’s far less frustrating to just pull the card out and take it to a computer.

App crashes
App crashes when you try to save a video to your device. It works if you save it on the app itself, but crashes when you try to save it to phone.
The long wait paid off!
This app lets you view your recorded videos and change dashcam settings which is super convenient.
It’s important to note that you can only use the app while in wifi mode (your phone is connected to the camera via wifi). Depending on how smart your phone is, you won't be connected to the internet during that time.
My only complaint which isn’t really reasonable because there’s only so much you can do within the limitations of the technology is that you can’t watch recorded videos without downloading them first, and downloading one of the 400mb files on my new iPhone 11 took longer than 10 minutes (per file). If you urgently need to look at footage and don’t want to sit in your car for hours at a time, I’d still stick with a computer and a USB3 card reader.
