come on - get the basics right
Talk about a fundamental, I tried to schedule a future taxi, complete all the screens, pay for the taxi and then get a popup saying can't schedule, try closer to the date. Thanks for taking my money! Pretty disgraceful.

I guess it gets you from A to B but some of the drivers especially around Manchester are dodgy as. They really need to get background checks on some of these people.
Useless
App simply doesn’t work and automated emails with codes are never received. Good luck moving to app only bookings.
No service and high cancellation cost
I booked a ride on this app and waited but the driver never moved. When I cancel it costed me £4 cancellation fee and there no way to raise a complaint nor any sort of customer support chat. Do avoid it.
Terrible, ripped off
Paid in app for taxi, when we got to destination driver wanted paying again and got aggressive. Expect to pay double if you use these!!

My ride was canceled by support while I was in it, I was still charged £4 by the StreetCars and had to pay the driver myself when we reached the destination. Their app quality is below standard, needing significant work. The app lacks basic features like the ability to verify your location and just assumes the gps is perfectly accurate.

Very rude driver was complaining whole trip that he have to go and is not enough money for it. Felt awful

BE WARNED: when you "book in advance", no booking will be made. They will scramble to find you a taxi minutes before your booked time even with plenty of notice. Do not use for important travel.
I will not be using this service ever again.
I try to support local businesses wherever I can but this local business has let me down. I booked a ride for a pick up to go to shudehill bus station to catch a coach to London. Driver came to the wrong address I had to find the driver bring him to the right address & when I asked the driver to wait while I go inside to get my luggage he drove off & left me stranded. I was catching a flight from Gatwick airport later that day. Unbelievable poor service no apologies, no manners. Won’t use them again

Unreliable service
Booked a taxi a week in advance to get to the train station, but it didn’t show up on time. I received no notification from the app, and when I called, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Had to cancel and order an Uber, which arrived in 5 minutes and saved me from missing my train. Very disappointing experience—wouldn’t recommend if you need a reliable service.

Spammed with promo notifications
App breached App Store requirements. Unable to turn off their extremely irritating promotional messages without turning off notifications entirely which renders it useless if you cannot get notifications about your taxi. Rubbish and deleting the app
Good when it works but it too often doesn’t
Please please tell your drivers to drop jobs and let another one pick it up if they’re not actually able to get to the location quickly. I’ll have the app telling me they’re 3 minutes away only to have them show up 20-25 minutes after the time I actually booked for. This has happened multiple times. It’s extremely stressful and I end up having to book excessively early on the assumption that they will show up late.

Pre-booking functionality is rubbish!
If you pre-book it doesn’t mean somebody will be there at the time you need, it means that’s the time they’ll start looking to allocate a driver! Absolutely awful service and awful app.
Pre booked Airport Taxi 25 minutes late!!
Downloaded the app and prebooked a taxi to the airport for the following morning. Pick up time came and went, taxi on its way - coming in 5 minutes I was told… phoned again after waiting for 15 minutes - taxi would be another 12 minutes..apparently “they were prioritising me”.
Needless to say I then had to cancel and get an Uber.
Will be cutting it fine for my flight now - not impressed.

App fine, but 4 drivers cancelled
I was working, so I booked a taxi to take my kids to their swimming lesson. 30mins later, with 4 drivers having grabbed the job and then cancelling, I ended up terminating the request, finishing work early and driving myself. Not a good experience.
The app functions OK but the screen is super twitchy on an iPhone 8 running iOS 16.2.
