Great game!
I've played this and other versions from Boy Howdy for years and it's my favorite game. I can goof off for awhile several times every day and have the excuse that I'm improving my vocabulary! It has just the right mix of relaxation, challenge and reward. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys wordplay, and fun to play with kids.

Love this continuous game! No ads!
This game has been one of my favorites until recently. Now the hard version is throwing spelling variations for words that are not used. There are enough words in the English language that you can use correct spelling and still have sufficient variety for this game. And why do you also start adding medical terms? I doubt most people care to add those words to their vocabulary since you would never have a reason to use those words. Maybe you can add another level to the game if you feel you must use this off the wall dictionary. Please correct this so we can play this game for fun again.

This game is one of my favorites. I also have another version that gives you three strikes and lose points. I’m not interested in that one. This game has at least 2 levels of difficulty which is nice. I’m hoping it is helping me retain my cognitive abilities while also occasionally introducing new words. It links to a dictionary for unknown words should you need it. Thank you Boy Howdy!!

Great game. Can play even without internet coverage in bad reception areas. Only thing can't do is look up meanings of words without internet coverage.

One of my favorite games! Just wish there were extra points for solving with only one miss. It's 5000 extra points if you solve with no misses. How about 2000 extra points if you solve with just one miss??

Good Game, Lousy Scoring
I was really looking forward to playing this game and for awhile it was entertaining. The words are extremely varied and if you have a decent vocabulary the first level can keep you on your toes. My issue is with scoring. I'm not interested in a running score, as it means nothing. And reducing the score on one missed letter is ridiculous. The challenge is in finding a word before you get hung not before you miss a letter. The scoring should be based on how quickly you complete a word so you can try to beat your own score as you play. The score should also be higher for longer or more difficult words. It keeps the game interesting. At this point I'm thinking of deleting the game altogether.

Great game! But boy-o-boy, it is so misogynistic. It's not a "hangman", it's "beat a woman down" game. In all verbal examples in word definitions that have negative connotations, a woman, inevitably is an actor. Pretty sad. Please, address this issue. Women are your most numerous customers. Have some respect.
