This app only plays an 8 minute induction but there isn’t any auto-suggestions. It just stops after the induction phase.

Life saving app
It is fabulous. Running out of words to describe it. People who listen to it can only know how awesome it is. The words that i recollect is "Remember if you hear it as last thing at night you may fall asleep". AJ you rock!!! Thanks for making this app
Will not play!!
I paid £2.99 for this app - the icon downloaded onto my iPhone and it opens up but I get no sound through headphones or without - nothing :(
Incredibly helpful
Definitely the best value apps - I've not slept this peacefully in years. I listen to them as instructed (best daily for 3 weeks) and then as needed. Easy to listen to and they work.

Very beneficial
I have noticed positive changes using these apps. They've helped in many ways with things I needed a little help with. Poor sound
The intro has a very smooth sound quality, but then the main section switches to a quieter version. The main section is also of a poor quality. It is very noticeable. When the the switch occurs it becomes harder to hear...which is a bit stressful and negates the intention of the app.

I use a number of Andrew Johnson recordings. His voice is pleasant to listen to and this positive, healthy suggestions are solid and get at the root of the issues you may be experiencing.

I haven't used it yet but I've already given 5* because I know from previous audio apps from Andrew that I listen to every night are the best
Amazing...
Wasn't expecting much. But I gave it a serious effort to try this. It took a while for me to get used to it. Now it's my go to for getting into a relaxed state. I have seen many improvements in my quality of life. I highly recommend this app. Don't expect overnight results. You have to give it some time.

Broken!
Don't download this version: it's broken!
I've been using this app regularly for 4 years and have come to rely on it, but this latest update has totally spoilt it.
As soon as I try to apply my regular settings (short intro) the app just crashes, and after that I can't even get into it. Tried deleting and downloading again but same thing happens. Will sadly have to delete till repaired.
Update: I have deleted this app and reinstalled the old version from my backup. However I'm now left with irritating banner reminders every time I look at my phone. They're presumably some residual thing from the latest update however as I no longer have this I can't turn them off (the notifications centre doesn't seem to be where they're coming from.
My beloved stress relief app has now become an ongoing irritation and source of stress.

Pain in the App
App won't play after recent update. Just closes.
Bad update
I love this app and have used it for 3 years. The new update however spoiled it. It simply crashed and doesn't work.

Crashes constantly
Loved this program, but the new version crashes instantly upon opening after I tried switching to short induction/no introduction. I'm going to have to delete the program entirely, reinstall and see if it works if I keep the settings at their defaults.
DeStress or MoreStress?
This app used to work amazingly! I used to use it religiously each night. But now I can't even get it to play. It takes so long to load. I have been in bed waiting for the last 10 minutes just to change it from waking me up at the end to sleeping and then try and play. Please fix this :(
