Countering Tinnitus
I am using this at night as a counter measure for a recent affliction of severe tinnitus that came out of no where. Having these soothing sounds play at night helps.

Love this app
I like to listen to this as I fall asleep. I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and have been doing this meditation for about half of my pregnancy. Wish I'd started years ago! I think it has really helped me stay calm and balanced. I love how customizable it is - the sounds, induction time, and sleep/wake modes. I personally prefer the long induction, stream sounds, and sleep mode. I purchased several meditation apps and this one is my favorite.

GREAT.
Great app but at the begining of the app where he says about taking a deep breath. He doesent give you enough time to do it. ie when you start to deep breath in he Is asking you to exhale too quickly. Towards the end of the session when he is talking it goes louder way to loud. I have to turn the volume down. Other than that its a good app.

Great but...
This app is great-- very relaxing... EXCEPT... When his voice gets SO LOUD at the end when he counts back from 5, it jolts me awake and negates all the calming relaxation I just experienced. Please fix this!!!

I wanted it to help me fall asleep. I fell asleep immediately, but after long pauses in his voice again and again, it would startle me when he started to talk again. Then, at the beginning of the sleep induction part, it was so suddenly very loud, that I was jangled and very far from sleep.
It could have bern great but the long pauses and then booming voice at the end were a disaster!
Too bad, for something that had the potential to be very good.

Great app!
Love how it has sleep and wake modes and the hypnosis works for me! Lots of options for other hypnosis needs as well in the store 🌹 they cost money but for me they've been worth every penny

This app is amazing! I have sat and heard the entire thing a few times when extremely stressed but fall asleep every night with it on repeat now :) In the mornings especially, I am a lot calmer now and I believe it's down to moths of this app being played so many times at bedtime :)

I'm having a big operation in a few weeks and was having bad anxiety attacks.I bought this app and have listened to it for the last 4 nights before I go to bed I am now sleeping better,the anxiety attacks have almost stopped,I'm calm and a lot more relaxed.This an excellent app!

Gives new perspective to your worries
I signed up to this app without really realising I was worrying about work quite a lot. It says listen to it for several days to get an effect which I have done. Now whenever I feel myself fretting about whether I can deliver on a project, instead of working late into the night and getting overwhelmed with anxiety I simply say to myself "this worry isn't real". I stop and go and do something like take a walk. It has made me cope with an enormous workload with a better sense of humour and perspective. I also like the relaxing place in my head that the hypnosis has created which now gives me a feeling if peace and relaxation by circling my thumbs.

Life Saver!
I can not say enough about this app. It works. I am able to deal with situations that used to bring near disabling anxiety. As a side benefit it is great for putting you in such a state of relaxation you can go to sleep very easily. I wished I could give it six stars.
