Useful but far from perfect
This app definitely helped me decide which chairs and sofas I wanted to try when I had time to visit a furniture store and I appreciated being able to view 3D Models and arrange them in groups and see it augmented in my living space but there are a few issues with the app:
- Catalog sync takes a very long time. I don’t know how large the models are but 5 minutes on gigabit internet is too slow! Many users will quit and never come back to the app.
- color matching and lighting of the 3D models is *very* different from the real product and I didn’t fully understand this until I went into a furniture store to see for myself. The wood stains are all very off!
- I like being able to save an arrangement of items to see later but it would be nice to export the models as standard files that I can import into any other 3D modeling software to help with interior design and planning.

Does not load. How can a company offer such a horrible app? I decided not to buy the sofas as the quality of the app might be indicative of the quality of the furniture!

Ich werde immer wieder zu der Einstellung geleitet, wo ich der Datensammlung zustimmen soll. Dort stimme ich natürlich nicht zu, was offensichtlich dazu führt, daß die App nicht benutzbar ist.

Nicht so hilfreich
Es gibt nicht alle Kombinationen / alle Möglichkeiten in der App so dass man nicht richtig viel nutzen hat, wenn man keinen Standard möchte. Schade.

App doesn’t work; I can’t get pass the initial screen where it says sync catalog. It fails with “Error! Please try again.”

Poor 3D
Nice to be able to configure the sofa and select the colours to see what it would look like, but sadly the 3D was not working properly.
Unable to set the floor height correctly on iPad Pro and the sofa was always on top of the existing sofa, even when holding at ground level to set the initial point.

Half of this app does not work. Junk it.I hope the chairs will be better than this app. I won’t ever know as I am buying from another company.
Doesn’t perform basic function of displaying furniture on screen
Some items load. Most others- recliners, for instance, either flash on screen briefly or show a loading circle, and user is left staring at a blank white page with only a close button, 4 step onboarding, and tab bar intact, but no image to interact with.
Hamburger menu is archaic.

Der Konfigurator ist schön! Insbesondere via AR konfigurierten Sessel Live am Wohnzimmer anzusehen.
Manchen Lederfarben sind ganz falsch. Batick Grey zb. zeigte als Dunkelrot…
Auch die Innereabmessungen wie Größe der Sitzfläche und Sitzhöhe bei verschiedenen Ausführungen (S-M-L) wären gute Ergänzungen

Great app, awful color matching
The app is useful and accurate, but colors in the augmented reality mode do not match at all.Situation can be improved in bright sunlight when the horrible white balance algorithm by Apple does not kick in. Hint to developers: provide us with a white balance control.

App does not work properly
I have tried half a dozen times to view a "consul" chair but the app keeps telling me "there is an issue with this 3D model - try another product." Well, the thing is, guys, I am only interested in the "consul" chair. I am not interested in any other product. I also don't really care whether there's a 3D model available or not. I just want to see the configuration options for the consul chair. Your catalogue is fairly useless too because it doesn't answer the key question of which colours are available.
