About

StressMate helps you understand daily stress and recovery through signals available in Apple Health. It brings HRV, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, activity, workouts, and mindful minutes into a clear wellness view you can use throughout the day. SEE TODAY'S STATE View your current stress and recovery estimates, data freshness, recent body load, and the signals contributing to the result. FOLLOW MEANINGFUL TRENDS Explore daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly patterns. See HRV, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, activity, and recovery in context instead of as isolated numbers. RESET WITH GUIDED BREATHING Start a short paced-breathing session from iPhone or Apple Watch. Choose a duration that fits the moment and record whether the reset felt helpful. CONNECT HABITS AND WORKOUTS Log mood, hydration, caffeine, breathing, and other everyday context. Review completed workouts and see how habits relate to your broader recovery flow. STAY IN SYNC Use StressMate across iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets. The paired devices keep the latest wellness context, breathing activity, and quick logs in one flow. BUILT FOR PRIVACY StressMate does not require an account or developer-operated server sync. Wellness and Apple Health content stays on your devices and is not sent to Firebase. The iPhone app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect non-Health app-use information and crash diagnostics for product quality. StressMate has no ads or user tracking. Local records can be deleted, and a summary can be exported when you choose. StressMate is a general-wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and is not intended for emergency monitoring. Available insights depend on the Apple Health data you choose to share and may vary by device and usage.
