StretchTurtle makes you do a real neck stretch before you can open Instagram, YouTube, games, or any app you pick. Pick the apps you want to lock (Instagram, YouTube, games...) 2. Try to open a locked app — a neck stretch mission appears 3. Your camera checks your posture — finish the stretch, the app opens 4.
