Slow, sluggish and not impressed
Since the update, the app is very slow and today it won’t even work so I can’t see my balances, pay bills…

Worst App Ever 2
Had to go to the credit union to get my login passcode thing fixed. Why I didn’t login in the last two weeks? Oh my. We’ve locked you out. You have to look at your stuff every two weeks or we lock you out. And then I had to call them the next day because I couldn’t get in on my tablet. Invalid credentials. Using the same login ID and passcode I used yesterday while in the credit union. Why is the passcode on my mobile device two digits different than the passcode on my tablet device? We don’t know. I never ever have to call Scotiabank or CIBC about their app. This is the worst app ever.

Need a search menu when Looking for a payee, over 1500 are available if yours starts with ‘W’ you have to go thru each page to find it
