• One-tap logging. Long-press the Stride icon on your Home Screen to log your usual dose instantly, or jump straight to food. Add the Lock Screen widget to log a meal without even opening the app. • Log a whole meal at once. Add several foods in a row without the sheet closing after each one. • Fixed: dose reminders could name an old dose after you moved up a step. Your reminder now always reflects the dose you're actually on. • Progress photos now have a zoom picker (0.5x, 1x, 2x), and each photo remembers the zoom it was taken at, so your before-and-afters stay consistent.
