About

Nothing worth building happens in a day. Stride is the habit tracker that helps you show up, see your progress, and keep the streak alive — one day at a time. Whether it’s a morning routine, the gym, or drinking more water, Stride makes it simple to stay on track on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. TRACK YOUR HABITS, YOUR WAY Create habits in seconds — from scratch or from a ready-made template — and check off a yes-or-no habit with a single tap. Pick an emoji and a color for each one, and arrange your list to match how your day runs. Not every habit is a simple yes or no. Measurable habits let you set a daily target and a unit, so “Drink Water — 8 glasses” or “Run — 5 km” tracks the amount, not just the checkmark. And not every habit is daily. Choose every day, a set number of times per week, or specific days — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only, if that’s your gym schedule. Hit a weekly goal on whichever days suit you; that streak counts weeks, not days. STREAKS THAT KEEP YOU GOING Stride counts every streak automatically, so you can watch your momentum build. On a day your habit isn’t scheduled, it’s a rest day — it never breaks your streak. Miss a day? No guilt — just pick back up. Your longest run is saved alongside your current streak, and any streak can be shared as an image. STATISTICS & HEATMAP The Activity Heatmap is a color-coded grid of your last 12 weeks. You also get your current and best streak, your 30-day completion rate, and how you do by weekday. For a habit scheduled on specific days, that rate counts only the days it was actually due. WIDGETS ON IPHONE AND IPAD Five widget styles: small and medium on the Home Screen, plus circular, inline, and rectangular on the Lock Screen. See today’s progress without opening the app — and from the medium widget, tap a habit to check it off right there. REMINDERS FOR EVERY HABIT Give every habit its own reminder, at exactly the time you want it. Morning meditation at 7 AM, evening journal at 9 PM — Stride nudges you at the right moment, so the habit sticks. SYNC ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Check in on your iPhone, review your stats on your iPad, finish the day on your Mac. With a free Stride account, your data follows you. STRIDE PRO Almost everything in Stride is free: unlimited habits, measurable habits, flexible schedules, widgets, per-habit reminders, the heatmap and statistics, habit templates, streak sharing, data export (CSV or JSON), and cross-device sync. Stride Pro adds three things: • Habit Groups — organize habits into collapsible groups • Advanced Analytics — the Insights card and the 8-week Trend chart • Weekly Review — a look back at how your week went YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS Your habit data is yours. Stride keeps it on your device unless you sign in to sync; when you do, it goes to Stride’s own server and is used only to keep your own devices in step — never sold, never shared for advertising. Stride collects anonymous crash and diagnostic reports to fix bugs; they contain no habit content and are not linked to your identity. START TODAY You don’t need a Monday, a new year, or a fresh start. You need today. Download Stride and check off one habit. iPhone, iPad, and Mac. PURCHASE & SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Stride Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The Lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew. For subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. What's New in Stride

1.2.3

September 16, 2026

A reliability release for anything you track across devices. • Sync keeps the newer edit. A device coming back online no longer overwrites a measurable habit you logged elsewhere, and edits made offline now reach your other devices. • Checking off a measurable habit from the widget, watch or Siri adds to the day instead of erasing it. • Best streak and completion rates now follow each habit’s schedule, so “Mon/Wed/Fri” and “3× a week” habits are scored the way you actually do them. • Reminders stop when you delete or archive a habit. • Reopening the app the next morning shows today, not yesterday, and the widget refreshes as soon as anything changes. • Purchases that can’t be verified now say so instead of failing quietly, and Pro unlocks right at launch. • The whole app is translated — onboarding, templates, the habit editor, Weekly Review and more no longer fall back to English.
