Good App
Good app but do not like the recent changes. Must subscribe to create private challenges, which is annoying because random people join challenges meant for friends.

Works is a good step tracking app. I got ripped off on the cyber coins when I had 30,000 coins and then got a new phone and I couldn’t collect them. The miles that you rack up don’t seem to add up too much for prizes. It would be so much better if you gave away Amazon gift cards, and that type of thing when you reach certain plateaus, such as 30,000 coins rather than entering draws for them. It’s like trying to win the lottery, never happens.

Not able to connect to Fitbit
After logging in Fitbit and selecting allow, there is some error. I got the message on screen- "Oops. There was a problem with your request. Our engineers are looking into it." I need help with this. You can connect with me if more details needed. Please resolve this.

Pretty good but could be better. Recently changed from online web access to mobile only. 😞. Liked it much better when I could access my account and friends with my Mac.
Inspiration
I have met some great people on this app. When I need some motivation someone always gives the gentle push. I am so thankful for this app
Reasonably good
Not a 5-star because as of today, it’s only mobile only! I much prefer to participate on my computer (Mac). I hate typing on a tiny screen. Secondly changes are not well communicated nor issues addressed. Once upon a time there were more choices for challenges and for varying lengths of time and reasonable number of participants. But much of this has been commercialized through paid subscription!

I was a longtime user of Fitbit but they decided to close out many challenges and became a lot less enjoyable so I switched to STRIDEKICK instead and I was impressed. The app is easy to use and does everything that I need, thanks Stridekick
