What's New in StrikeLab
1.1
August 9, 2026
BOXING CLASSES 16 classes, 5 combinations each, run back to back for one cumulative score. Finish a class and get a full round by round scorecard. 80 COMBINATIONS The catalog is twice the size. Fundamentals, punch and slip, punch and roll, and advanced Olympic style work across four tiers. A REBUILT LEARN PHASE Two courses now: Learn to Strike and Learn to Defend. Each one runs as a single continuous session, 3 reps per move building 1, then 2, then 3 in a row, with a coaching card between moves so you always know what is coming. PUNCH NUMBERS Combinations are written the way a coach calls them out: 1-2, 1-2-3, 2-3-2. You learn the language of the gym, not just the movement. PICK YOUR ROUND LENGTH 30 seconds up to 3 minutes, set once in Settings, free for everyone. SHARPER PUNCH DETECTION Hits are now judged on your glove instead of your wrist, so hooks land the way they should. Uppercuts and straights were retuned, and a repeat punch can no longer score twice off one swing. STAND YOUR GROUND StrikeLab checks your distance before the bell and pauses the round if you drift too close to the phone. ALSO IN THIS UPDATE Tap a combination to start instantly. Roll straight into the next combo, class or move from the summary screen. New app icon, refreshed onboarding, and a smoother first launch.
