Bad on Apple TV
Too many bugs, keeps asking me to purchase a subscription despite having already paid. Ads keep showing up. Apple TV version lags too much and stutters. Too primitive, needs more dev work.

Great IPTV app on IOS
Great IPTV APP on iOS and on par with tivimate. Only suggestion would be have separate lists for tv shows and movies. Currently everything is inside VOD

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to put out a warning for anyone looking at iOS/macOS IPTV players and considering buying Strimix PRO (especially their $59.99 lifetime option).
While the UI looks modern, the app is fundamentally broken and the developer's attitude toward paying customers is absolutely toxic.
The Issue
The app frequently throws a critical API error that locks you out completely:
"[API] x Profile | Device conflict - Serial Number mismatch. Please contact your provider to register this device."
The "Support"
When you reach out to the developer to report this issue with their app's device configuration and API, they completely refuse to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they get hostile and dismissive.
When I brought this up, the developer literally told me:
I have told you this before too, you can either complain or work with me to help solve issue."
They expect paying customers to debug their poorly written software, while constantly blaming the user or the IPTV "provider" for what is clearly a device-conflict bug on their end.
My Advice:
Save your money. Do not spend $60 on a lifetime license for an app run by a developer who treats customers like garbage when their own code fails.
If you have already purchased it and are experiencing this, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, request a refund, and file a formal complaint under Section 5.6 of the Apple Developer Code of Conduct for abusive/unprofessional behavior.
There are plenty of other IPTV players on Apple devices with actual customer support and working APIs. Avoid Strimix.

Amazing Presentation but Crashes Constantly
While the app and presentation is excellent and nicely priced, the Apple TV version in particular crashes constantly, rather than buffering or stopping a movie for example, it crashes the app completely closing it multiple times per viewing.

Still Needs Work
App does not update to new version on Apple TV. It just closes without any action. Sync features still a work in progress.

Untreatable
Before early users were told it will be free but then new version released because moving to paid model, developer should have kept old customers on pro version by default or issued lifetime pro codes as thank you to try the app & give feedback.

I’ve been using Strimix IPTV Player for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best players I’ve tried on iOS.
