Freezes and Customer Support doesn’t work

And I’m done. I’m unable to purchase anything because of ANOTHER glitch, and still no customer support. I see they don’t respond to anyone. Why does Apple let them stay? I’m deleting the game after this last review. I can’t believe I’ve given them this long to fix things.

Changing 2⭐️⭐️ to 1⭐️ because they just don’t care.
Still glitchy. No way to contact customer support. Optional ads come and go. Purchases and earned items lost, then re-appear, and lost again. I wish Apple would step in and force them to communicate with users.

The game continues to freeze and I have to completely close it and wipe it from history to make it work. Support in the game doesn’t work. The button isn’t clickable. I love this game but I’m about to remove it. It’s becoming unplayable and they don’t want to help.

Сегодня игра начала тупить. Начинаю уровень, все нормально, а потом экран перестает реагировать. Поправьте пожалуйста
Игра неплохая.
Рекламные ролики слишком длинные!!!
Keeps crashing
Whenever I get enough blue pieces the game soft locks and never gives me the piece or slows my next move. I can click the swords dude and change outfits ( if I had any) . But eventually have to give up on the level and reset the app
