Freezes and Customer Support doesn’t work

And I’m done. I’m unable to purchase anything because of ANOTHER glitch, and still no customer support. I see they don’t respond to anyone. Why does Apple let them stay? I’m deleting the game after this last review. I can’t believe I’ve given them this long to fix things.

Changing 2⭐️⭐️ to 1⭐️ because they just don’t care.
Still glitchy. No way to contact customer support. Optional ads come and go. Purchases and earned items lost, then re-appear, and lost again. I wish Apple would step in and force them to communicate with users.

The game continues to freeze and I have to completely close it and wipe it from history to make it work. Support in the game doesn’t work. The button isn’t clickable. I love this game but I’m about to remove it. It’s becoming unplayable and they don’t want to help.

Сегодня игра начала тупить. Начинаю уровень, все нормально, а потом экран перестает реагировать. Поправьте пожалуйста

Keeps crashing
Whenever I get enough blue pieces the game soft locks and never gives me the piece or slows my next move. I can click the swords dude and change outfits ( if I had any) . But eventually have to give up on the level and reset the app

I played this game. I wanna say over a year ago. And it had some glitches then after I got to level 115 I know the developers of these games work very hard. I stopped playing it for a while knowing that they’d work out the Kinks and bugs and it looks like they have!
I really enjoy the graphics and the story. Hopefully there will be costumes for the characters for those of us that can’t afford to spend the money. I also like the fact that you’re not forced to watch ads. If you need a power up or extra moves in a puzzle, you can watch or start over.

Ооочень красивая и атмосферная игра 😍
Я очень долго выбираю всегда игру, потому что мне важен и сам визуал и атмосфера игры, и очень долго перебирала игры, с высоким рейтингом в том числе, но они все даже рядом не стояли с этой игрой 😍 ооочень красивые камушки, будто леденцы 😍 очень красивая графика, классные бустеры, и нет рекламы надоедающей, только, если хочешь удвоить количество выигранных монет, тогда смотришь рекламу. Всё супер! Желаю этой игре продолжать развиваться 👍🏻

I think this is such a cute little game and keeps me involved. I want to keep on helping this little mouse and his friend to be more friends. I guess like in Robin Hood this is what the game reminds me of. I love it.
